The equipment works by gripping a full layer of material, cutting, and then unloading, it handles multiple bags of raw materials on a pallet at one time.
From pallet depalletizing, material debagging, waste bags collection, and empty pallet stacking, material convey to silo — the whole process is automated, minimizing manual work and ensuring continuous production.
Fabric Silos: Cost-Effective & Practical
Two 30m³ fabric silos made of breathable double-layer PET fabric with conductive threads, food-contact compliant, ideal for dry climates. Modular steel frame, detachable, customizable size, easy indoor installation. Anti-static filter fabric on top combines ventilation and filtration. Shipping volume is only 15–25% of stainless steel silos, greatly reducing transport costs.
