Raw material robotic depalletizing

Mconvey offered a five-station robotic depalletizing station for the automated feeding of various granular raw materials. The system is equipped with a six-axis servo multi-joint robot arm, which can move smoothly along the track and accurately align to five fixed positions to complete the automatic grabbing, unpacking and feeding of paper bags or PE film bags and other packaging. Waste bags are collected centrally through conveyor belts to keep the site clean. The robot arm has high efficiency and high repeatability, significantly reducing the intensity of manual labor, and is especially suitable for production environments that require simultaneous processing of multiple raw materials and continuous debagging and feeding.

Plastic raw material drying

Material drying adopted insulation dryers, and each dryer is equipped with an independent temperature control unit to ensure stable drying. After drying, the material enters the weighing system through an automatic material distribution station, and the conveying path can be flexibly adjusted by manual switching.

Accurate material weighing and dosing

The system is equipped with a multi-component gravimetric blender with AI self-learning, which can adjust the formula online. It can not only accurately dosing, it can also flexibly adapt to various special materials, such as extremely light solid materials and extremely irregular shapes, so that the material will never get stuck and stable automatic production can be guaranteed.

Mixing and conveying

After weighing, the materials are conveyed to the vertical mixer, which mixes evenly with low power consumption and high efficiency. The mixer is installed on the platform above the extruder, and the mixed materials are directly supplied to the extruder, effectively reducing the conveying time and energy consumption.

Material Conveying

The whole system adopts negative pressure vacuum conveying driven by Roots blower, which is stable and ensures continuous feeding. All pipelines adopt overhead pipe layout design, which is convenient for cleaning, maintenance and later expansion.
