Hereunder we will share a case of our domestic customer with over 30 PPR pipe extrusion lines. customer’s material conveying was installed the Roots pump units ,but suffered from high energy consumption, frequent maintenance, and excessive noise, which long constrained the production efficiency. The customer requires Mconvey to offer a stable, reliable negative-pressure material conveying for each production line.

Adopted 2 sets of 75kW permanent-magnet two-stage vacuum pump sets (1 for spare use) to replace 28 sets of 11kW standard Roots blowers.
