In response to the headache problems in the industry, Mconvey has launched a Gravimetric Dosing Mixing System for online compounding in the extrusion industry, providing a more flexible and efficient feeding method for pipe manufacturers. By configuring multiple loss-in-weight combo on top of extruder, multiple kinds of materials (including main materials, fillers and pigment) can be accurate dosing online, mixing in real time, and feed synchronously to extruder according to the set proportion.
High filler feeding and stable dosing
The system supports online addition of high filling of calcium carbonate （up to 40 PHR of calcium carbonate can be added online）, effectively reducing material costs and energy consumption.
Quickly formula switch
Formula adjustment does not require stopping the machine to change materials. Just modify the parameters on the touch screen to switch automatically. This greatly reduces the time for color and material changes and meets the needs of rapid response to multi-specification and small-batch orders.
Energy saving and consumption reduction
After various raw materials aredosed online according to their respective total proportions, they are stirred at high speed and then quantitatively fed into the extruder. Compared with the traditional centralized mixing, it can significantly reduce the energy consumption of the mixing system, saving about 20 kWh of electricity per ton, while simplifying the process and reducing labor and material losses.
Patented design
The hopper adopts 360° stirring without dead angles to prevent material flushing and bridging, ensuring that materials with poor fluidity can be fed stably under high-frequency operation, reducing material jams, downtime and other faults.
