Debagging

Mconvey offers Automatic Debagging System and Jumbo Bag Discharging Station, which effectively reduce labor intensity and costs, and improve production efficiency. Our solutions are ideal for handling a wide range of materials including engineering plastics, color masterbatches, additives, and recycled materials commonly used in injection molding.

Silo

Mconvey manufacture Fabric silo, 304 stainless silo and Magnesium aluminum alloy silo for different model to meet different need. Also provide Fabric silos for small storage demand. The workshop is equipped with a variety of automatic welding robot workstations (CO2, laser, argon arc welding) for the production of large silo with a volume of up to 1000m³, designed for the storage of powder, granular and liquid materials. The structure design of silos have passed the authoritative earthquake and typhoon resistance verification, with excellent structural stability and sealing, to achieve efficient and safe raw material storage.

Dryer/Dehumidifying

Mconvey provides efficient dehumidifying and drying solutions to effectively remove moisture from plastic particles and improve product molding and appearance quality. According to customer needs, we provide insulation and dehumidifying dryer to ensure that the materials remain good drying effect.

The products are widely used in the processing of various plastic materials, including PC , PA, PMMA, PET, PE100, PE80 and other materials where moisture is difficult to remove, and are suitable for injection molding, blow molding, and extrusion.

Dosing

Mconvey offers Flexible dosing solutions for main granules, masterbatch or pigment and sand-like masterbatch.

Pigment doser for consistent on line color dosing and mixing .
Gravimetric doser for precise metering of masterbatch.
Multi-component gravimetric blender for accurate granular material dosing.
“Batch” and “continuous loss-in-weight” liquid doser for precise liquid additive feeding.

Mixing

In plastic Injection Molding processing, Multi-Component Gravimetric blender is usually used to accurately measure and mix various granular materials according to preset proportion. Hereunder we will introduce this multi-component dosing product.

Accurate weighing: High-precision load cell ensures accurate weighing and formula of materials.
Even mixing: Efficient mixing devices quickly and evenly mix materials to avoid stratification and agglomeration.

Conveying

Mconvey conveying system combines physical conveying, negative pressure vacuum conveying, and positive pressure dense phase conveying to solve common issues in injection molding such as blockage in long-distance conveying and stratification of mixed materials. The permanent magnet vacuum pump group, with multiple invention patents, delivers energy savings of over 50% and significantly reduces noise levels.

Control

Scada control system monitor and control on-site operating equipment, and realize data collection, data analysis, equipment control, measurement, parameter adjustment, and various signal alarms.

Recipe Storage:Store production recipes and count production data.
Data collection and traceability:Real-time collection and archiving of key parameters such as dehumidification, drying, weighing, and pneumatic conveying of the feeding system for quality traceability.

Mconvey developed IoT system for material feeding system, It can realize all major equipment networking communication, real time and history data acquisition and data analysis , so as to digitize production equipment and visualize the production process.
