Liansu Mconvey: Customized Automated dosing and mixing system

Below, we would like to share you a popular automatic systems used in plastic production workshop.

From the following flow chart, you will see an automatic weighing and mixing system.

It includes:

1.Feeding station, with air-filter

 2.Formula Weigher, for dosing additive

3.Main material weigher, with big capacity

4.High speed mixer.

5.Silo for extruders and srew conveyor to extrusion line.

This system is suitable for many extrusion production lines, like: pipe, profile, cables, tubes extrusion.

It can handle all types of powder materials, like CaCO3, Calcium carbonate, PVC powder, pigment,

Titanium dioxide, titanium powder, Carbon black powder, PE wax, other additives.

It reduce labor cost greatly, improve working environment and upgrade the products quality.

Mconvey also makes central conveying systems, drying systems, all types of dosing systems.

Whole plan include :

1 set 7 materials formula dosing weighing system,

1 set feeding station for PVC,

1 set feeding station for caco3

1 set conveying and addictive dosing weighing system

1 set high speed mixer

4 silos, conveying system to extrusion lines. (mixers depend on customer’s need High speed mixer GRH1000/LH3000. )

Special remark: one high speed mixer feed 4 silos, each silo can accept different formula offer from mixer, then each extrusion line can produce any formula when you need.

PS: this customer only want screw conveyor in attached design drawing, we also have other options line vacuum feeding system.
