Efficient material feeding and storage system
The system achieves efficient material conveying through the feeding station and stores materials in the silo. Each feeding can meet the production needs of one day, greatly saving labor costs. The silo is made of 304 stainless steel or carbon steel, which is sturdy and durable, and produced with the robot arm welding technology to ensure precise welds and goog appearance. The sealed structure design makes the silo dust and moisture-proof, providing more reliable material guarantee for the production process.
Accurate material weighing and dosing
The material is transported to the weighing scale through negative pressure to achieve high-precision weighing, and automatically convey to the high-speed compound mixer. The dosing control system adopts computer full-automatic control, without manual supervision, with the characteristics of high precision and fast response, convenient and reliable operation, and clear display.
Material even mixing
The main material and the additives are evenly mixed by the high-speed compound mixer and then discharged into the mixed material silo. The high-speed compound mixer adopts ultra-high efficiency permanent magnet synchronous motor with high energy saving rate, which continuously helps customers save energy and reduce consumption and reduce production costs.
Low energy consumption for material transportation
The final mixed material is conveyed to the extruder hopper through a screw conveyor for production. The screw conveyor has low energy consumption and low noise, and can effectively reduce dust generation, ensuring that the material conveying process is more efficient and environmentally friendly.
