Case | Accuracy Material Feeding in Laminated Film Production

Accurate weighing

The equipment is placed directly on the extruder and has high-precision weighing sensor, which can monitor and adjust the weight of materials in real time and accurately. The weighing accuracy is ±0.1%, ensuring accurate control of the proportion of key ingredients such as resin and additives in the coating material.

Efficient mixing

The Mconvey Gravimetric Blender  is equipped with optimized stirring blades and mixing chamber structure. Through high-speed rotation and shearing, it can achieve full mixing of materials in a short time, effectively improve the uniformity and consistency of the products, help reduce product defects and improve overall performance.

Fully automated control

The operating interface uses HMI system to achieve full automated control from raw material feeding, accurate weighing, efficient mixing to finished product unloading. Users can easily set production parameters such as material ratio, mixing time, etc. through the HMI interface, and the system automatically executes according to the preset parameters, greatly reducing manual operation errors and interventions, and improving production efficiency and safety. At the same time, the system also has fault self-diagnosis function, which can detect and report potential problems in a timely manner, facilitating rapid maintenance.

Data recording and tracking

The data recording module can record detailed data of each production in real time, including material weight, mixing time, operating parameters, etc., to facilitate subsequent quality analysis and production traceability. Through data analysis, customers can accurately identify problem points in the production process, continuously optimize the production process, and improve product quality and stability.
