Debagging & Storage
Raw materials are debagged at jumbo bag discharge station and conveyed to 5 x 15m³ Al-Mg alloy silos which manufactured fabricated by Mconvey.
Material Conveying & Distribution
Automated rotary distribution station is equipped for flexible feeding across multiple injection molding machines and materials. It delivers accurate distribution of diverse materials and prevents cross-contamination. Dual servo motors enable precise positioning. The rotary unit self-cleans residual material during switching, with foolproof and redundant monitoring for full traceability. One-click pipe switching greatly cuts material changeover time for flexible production.Suspended conveying pipes feature stable support, saving floor space and easing passage and equipment maintenance.
Material Drying
Pipe fittings demand strict molding quality, as material moisture affects product strength and appearance. Mconvey adopts 1200L insulated dryers with PID temperature control. Double-layer insulation saves energy, and the down-blow duct ensures even heat and efficient drying. Built with overheat protection, timer function and 485 communication port, it operates safely and integrates seamlessly with the full plant conveying system.
Coloring & Recycling
Each injection molding machine is fitted with a Mconvey gravimetric doser for on-line color dosing. It delivers precise ratio control and enables fast, flexible color changes. A crusher installed beside the outlet instantly reclaims sprues and rejects. Crushed material is automatically recycled and blended with virgin material, boosting material efficiency and cutting production costs.
