Gravimetric blender
1.When the metering valve is started, the hopper metering valve opens according to the time value calculated by the preset weight value and the unit feeding volume of the metering valve. When the feeding time is up, the metering valve closes and the weighing pan is checked. If within the specified error range,it goes to the next hopper for weighing and check;
2.When the raw materials in all the hoppers have been weighed and checked, they will fall into the mixing bucket for stirring and mixing. When the mixing time is up, they will be automatically discharged into the bottom storage hopper.

Masterbatch doser
The signal from the control box is transmitted to the motor, and the motor starts operation to drive the screw rod to rotate through the coupling. The color master batch in the hopper falls into the screw rod, and then is squeezed by the screw rod, and conveyed to the base by the screw rod. A weighing sensor is used to precisely contral the output of the color master batch to realize the proportional addition of the color master batch, so as to achieve the purpose of accurately metering and conveying the color master batch.

Insulation dryer
The insulation dryer is suitable for centralized drying of granular, which can be used in the centralized feeding system of granular, can also be used in the unified drying system of raw materials of serval machines. It working principle is in the course of raw material processing , the air blown out by the drying fan is heated by the electric heating pipe and becomes high-temperature dry air. After passing through the unique lower blowing pipe,the hot air is evenly dispersed in the insulation bucket to dry the raw materials ,and the moisture in the raw materials in the bucket is evaporated and blown put ,thereby achieving the purpose of removing moisture in raw materials .

Material storage
The material will be conveying to the storge silo by automatic material feeding system, when the material reaches the low ,middle and high material position that is corresponding the induction of  material level indicator , and output signal to the computer so that the chief contorl operator will know the material quantity in silo without delay;
The overpressure protection valve will open when the silo pressure is too big , which is protecting the silo from overpressure.
The storage silo has 0.1m3-100m3 various models for customers to select at present;

Materials conveying
When the equipment is feeding, the spiral blades of the equipment rotate continuously. There is a thrust bearing at the feed downpipe, which is used to bear the axial force and radial force of the material against the spiral blades.There is a radial bearing at the feeding port. And the material moves forward along the bottom of the bucket of the conveyor under the push of the rotating spiral blades to complete the feeding operation.
In the case of long-distance feeding, a hanger bearing can be installed in the middle of the spiral bucket to prevent the spiral bucket from deforming or bending.
Tube chain conveyor is a device that conveys powder or granules in a closed pipeline through the movement of the disc scraper.It can convey materials in a horizontal, vertical, inclined or zigzag manner. It can realize sequential feeding for multiple extruders

Weighing Scale
When the dosing scale is unloaded, the computer will automatically control its automatic dosing. The dosing scale adopts two dosing methods. One is the mechanical dosing method, and the other is the negative pressure dosing method:
* The mechanical dosing method refers to that the computer controls multiple screw conveyors or belt conveyors to feed material into the dosing scale in sequence.
When the material reaches the preset value of the dosing scale, the feeding is stopped, then the second screw or belt conveyor is automatically started at this time, and the dosing is carried out in sequence until all the dosing is completed.
* The negative pressure dosing method refers to that the computer controls multiple suction pipes (generally the suction pipes come from different material distribution stations) to feed material into the dosing scale in sequence.
When the material reaches the preset value 1 of the dosing scale, the accurate dosing mode is started (the dosing speed is reduced), and the dosing is stopped until the preset value 2 is reached. At this time, the second suction pipe is started for dosing until it is completed, and the dosing is carried out in sequence until all the dosing is completed.

Compound mixing
The high speed mixer is generally used in a vairety of powder material mixing ,the motor drives the paddle to rotate at high speed, the materials(or granular ,liquid and powder combination materials) in the mixing cylinder under the action of paddle while do circular motion along the cylinder wall,  also clambing on the wall to reach a certian height, it will toward the center cylinder body to do the downward motion,in this processm all kinds of raw materials have strong convection mixing with each other. At the same tiem, due  to the stirring of the paddle, the velocity difference between materials is gengerated, which strengthens the effect of shear mixing;
The powder after the high speed hot mixing and due to frictional heating , mixture tempeature reached 100℃ above,when the powder discharging to the cold mixer and through forced cooling, proceed the high efficiency cooling ,Mconvey cold mixer of cylinder block and cylinder cover are set with water ring, and configure the forced cooling water pump to accelerate cooling effectm while the cold mixer works, the high speed hot mixer can carry out the second batch of mixing work, the mixing cycle of the cold mixer is shorter than the hot mixer, to ensure that the second batch of raw materials can be discharged into the cold mixer in time after mixing.

Control system
Using the whole computer control system, which combines industrial control PC and PLC, set up the central control unit which and each component: mixing system, metering system and conveying system adopt network communication of “one network to the bottom”. The central control of all links is fully achieved, and the whole process automation control and monitoring is realized, the formula required for production and the statistics of production data are stored, real time dynamic monitoring, curve tracking, fault alarm, multi level password protection, data interface reserved, can realize seamless connection of ERP system.
