In order to meet the growing market demand, Mconvey completed a new manufacturing workshop over 3,000 square meters,mainly for the installation and commissioning of all series of Dosing products. The new site is planned and laid out according to the product assembly process, which not only effectively improves production efficiency, but also ensures product quality and provides end users with better services and experience.

Assembling and Debugging
New workshop mainly assemble and debugs all models of Dosing Equipment,including gravimetric blenders, loss-in-weight-feeders, gravimetric dosers and other auxiliary products. Each device is fully inspected to ensure the quality before in stock.
The new workshop is not only an upgrade of hardware facilities, but also a comprehensive upgrade of Mconvey’s manufacturing and service capabilities in automated material handling. In the future, Mconvey will continue to deepen its technical strength, lean production management, and return customer trust with more efficient and reliable services.
