Mconvey has introduced new automatic laser fexible cutting machine equipped with laser automatic material storage and automatic loading system. The system can efficiently and automatically load sheet materials to the cutting machine, achieving fast and accurate cutting operations. The high precision and high speed of laser cutting ensure that the cutting edge of the product is smooth and flawless, improving production efficiency and product quality.

Robot Welding Workstations

Mconvey has been committed to improving stainless steel welding technology and efficiency for many years, and continues to introduce carbon dioxide, laser and argon arc robot welding workstations to continuously optimize welding quality and appearance. Through simulation design, the welding stress deformation of large stainless steel silos is reduced, and the no fixed order assembly of super large silos is realized, which is the first of its kind in China. Stainless steel silos have passed third-party certification, such as earthquake resistance, typhoon resistance, etc. Most of the welding parts in the welding workshop are automatically welded by robots, which significantly improves welding efficiency, strength and surface quality.
