Dehumidifying dryer
Mconvey dehumidifying dryer is suitable for dehumidifying and drying of PE100 and PE80 grade (special materials for gas pipes) particles before extrusion or injection molding of pipe fittings. After dehumidifying, the moisture can be reduced to below 100PPM. And in injection molding of PET bottle embryos, the PET particles moisture after dehumidifying can reach below 50PPM, which significantly improves product performance.
In PET flake recycling, Mconvey provides a high-efficiency dynamic crystallization dehumidifying dryer, which adopts freezing direct discharge technology. The first stage is dehumidification through low-temperature freezing, and the second stage uses a honeycomb rotor for secondary dehumidifying. The material is quickly crystallized and the moisture is removed within 2 hours, which effectively improves product stability with short cycle, high efficiency and energy saving.
