Pelletizing
Considering customer’s plant space, and pellet quality , Mconvey offers the following processes for option.
· Spaghetti Pelletizing
Simple structure, no jamming, long life, and high cost-effectiveness. The strands contain water and require homogenizing silo for drying. Equipment length occupies 15m.
· Water Ring Pelletizing System
Compact space, low costs, smooth and uniform pelletizing, effective cooling, and high production capacity. The dehydrator can ensure the moisture content of the pellets is 2000PPM. Equipment length occupies 10m.
Material drying
After pelletizing, the material is dried with hot air.
Packaging
You can choose between 25kg and jumbo bags.
