Main materials adopt positive and negative pressure dosing methods to ensure flexibility in material selection and accuracy in metering. Additive materials weighing by formula weighing scale, and each component utilizes a servo-controlled screw for high-dynamic, stable operation, enabling high-precision weighing and automatic feeding of various raw materials to ensure product quality stability. Combined with a Liansu high-speed mixer, various raw materials are uniformly mixed. The high-speed mixing mechanism employs a high-torque servo drive, ensuring a highly efficient and energy-saving production mode.

Automated Conveying: Ensures Material stable Feeding, less stratify.
In this project, Mconvey offered vacuum conveying and tube-chain conveying to ensure raw materials and dry blend materials are automatically and quantitatively delivered to each silo and extrusion equipment without stratification.
