Case | Powder Material Handling Solution For PVC Pipe Extrusion

Raw materials after bulk bag unloader and automatically conveying to silo, which reduces the intensity of manual labor, reduces dust, improve workshop enviroment.

Efficient storage of raw materials

Multiple groups of sealed silos store raw materials, with a maximum capacity of 120 cubic meters, dust and moisture proof. Mixed materials are stored centrally, distributed on demand, and automatically transported to each extrusion line to achieve efficient and stable feeding.

Automatic and accurate dosing

Powder formula weigher adopts gain-in-weight + loss-in-weight dosing to ensure the accuracy of dosing. The patented mixing structure effectively prevents bridging, supports multi-formula switching, adapts to different product requirements, and makes dosing more stable and flexible.

High-speed and energy-saving mixing

The compound mixer cambo adopts high-torque drive and wear-resistant blades with strong mixing force. The bearings are double-protected to prevent dust and overload. The dedicated permanent magnet motor saves 10-20% energy, the discharge control is more accurate, and the mixing is more efficient and stable.

Control system

The feeding process is monitored in real time through the SCADA system, the parameters are clear and visible, the abnormal alarm is timely, and it is easy to manage and maintain, improving the overall operation stability and response efficiency.
