The finished granules not only have excellent mechanical properties and processing performance, but also meet the strength, toughness, and dimensional stability requirements of injection molded parts such as automotive bumpers and battery cases.
Solution
1. Recycling and Plasticization
Recycled PP scrap is plasticized through first stage of extruder → Laser filters, efficiently filter impurities and automatically clean → extrusion

2. Compounding and Enhancement
The melt enters a co-rotating parallel twin-screw extruder, where additives such as calcium carbonate, short and long glass fibers are added through side-feeding system. After uniform plasticization, it passes through spaghetti pelletizing, cooling water tank, dryer, gantry pelletizer, and finally into finished pellets.
