After manually forklifting the pallet to the feeding position and starting the equipment, the gripper descends above the pallet to grasp the bags, then retracts. The gripper moves horizontally with the bag to cut it open, while a cylinder pats the bag to clear residual material. The empty bags are discharged via a spiral extrusion mechanism.
This system offers high throughput, capable of handling 5-6 bags of 25kg raw material simultaneously for batch opening. It is suitable for applications involving a single type of raw material and scenarios requiring high unpacking capacity.
