Description
Working principle:
Step 1: Adopt 6-joint robot which is via 3D vision to automatically and quickly grab the raw material package on the platform plate accurately, and place it to the set station, and then the robot will reposition quickly for the second grab;
Step2: Adopt rolling-over mechanism to turn the 25kg raw material package into vertical ,and the cutting knife moves quickly to cut the raw material bag ,then the raw material is quickly poured into the feeding tank.
Step 3: At the same time of pouring, the pneumatic bag is shaking to shake off all the residual raw material which is inside the bag ,and then the rolling-over mechanism will reposition.
Step 4: Adopt auxiliary mechanical arm to grab the empty bag and put it into the bag recycling place which is designated ,and stack it. The key point is that the robot grabs the bag and cutting bad independently, shaking bag and auxiliary mechanical arm recycling the empty bag ,each process is dividing the work and cooperation which make the efficiency is more than 3 times of the conventional robot debagging.
Step 5: After the raw material package on the platform is opened, the robot will automatically switch the fixture, grab the empty platform and stack it the designated place ,which is convenient for the forklift to fork.
