The batch type single shaft mixer consists of a horizontal spindle, stirring colter or paddle and round tubular cavity.
It contains one or more feeding ports, a central air outlet, two end flanges, spindle support with adjustable integrated seal and power drive system.

The external screw belt pushed the material from both ends to the center, while the internal screw belt pushes the material from the center to both ends. In order to carry out convection mixing, the material in a short time to gently stir, or maintain the state of motion before using.
