Description

Working principle:

The LDH principle of batch type single shaft mixer is based on the mechanical flow of materials. The special shape,position and rotating speed of the stirring knife produce a centrifugal throwing motion, which can make the material produce three-dimensional ejection and mix with each other.This ensures that the materials of different particle sizes and densities can be perfectly stirred and mixed together in a short time.

ULTRA Low Energy-motor

1.Adopts high torque and a super-efficient permanent magnet synchronous motor to improve the energy saving with the torque is big and overload capacity is higher; 2. The motor compare with AC asynchronous motor,the size is smaller ,but the troque is 1-2 grades higher;Comprehensive energy saving rate is5~10%(compare with conventional asynchronous motor drive)

Ultra low no-load current

Ultra-low no-load current(less than1/10 of AC asynchronous motor), detect the discharging time by no-load current which is more accurate than using traditional time to control discharging time;

Unique bearing structure

Bearing adopts‘labyinth'air seal structure to protect the bearing from the dust , and equipped with refuel mechanism which no need machine shut-down, and convenient to maintain ;
