Description

Working principle:

The high speed mixer is generally used in a vairety of powder material mixing ,the motor drives the paddle to rotate at high speed, the materials(or granular ,liquid and powder combination materials) in the mixing cylinder under the action of paddle while do circular motion along the cylinder wall, also clambing on the wall to reach a certian height, it will toward the center cylinder body to do the downward motion,in this processm all kinds of raw materials have strong convection mixing with each other. At the same tiem, due to the stirring of the paddle, the velocity difference between materials is gengerated, which strengthens the effect of shear mixing;
The powder after the high speed hot mixing and due to frictional heating , mixture tempeature reached 100℃ above,when the powder discharging to the cold mixer and through forced cooling, proceed the high efficiency cooling ,Mconvey cold mixer of cylinder block and cylinder cover are set with water ring, and configure the forced cooling water pump to accelerate cooling effectm while the cold mixer works, the high speed hot mixer can carry out the second batch of mixing work, the mixing cycle of the cold mixer is shorter than the hot mixer, to ensure that the second batch of raw materials can be discharged into the cold mixer in time after mixing.
