Mconvey powder compound mixer composed of a high-speed mixer and a cooling mixer. High-speed mixer blends materials thoroughly and heats them via blade friction to reach the set temperature, while the cooling mixer rapidly cools the mixture and conveys it to the next process or dry blend silo.

Uniform mixing

High-speed friction heating
