Dehumidifier

The honeycomb rotor dehumidifier is mainly used to process engineering plastics with strong moisture absorption for efficient dehumidification;The average dew point can reach -50°C under ideal conditions.

Working principle:

Dehumidifier is generally used to further remove the moisture of plastic particles after drying, and reduce the moisture of plastic particles to the index required for plastic processing . It working principle is hot and humid air will blow into the honeycomb rotor which is return from drying bucket after cooling .The moisture is quickly absorbed by the melecular seive, then will be desorved by the high-temperature moisture which regernertived. These two air currents act simultaneously on the rotor.As the rotor rotates , the moisture in the air is continously absorbed and desorved and discharged, eventually forming a stable low dew point air,which is heated to the drying temperature required by the plastic material , and then blown into the drying bucket to forming a closed circulationloop.

Note:
The drying electric heater power is using in the dryer , the dehumidifier didn’t have this electric heater when it alone
This series adopts PLC control and touch screen display, PID temperature control.
The rotor dehumidifer needs to be used with a dryer;
Dehumidider honeycomb rotor: the material is adopts Japan Nichias ceramic full molecular sieve honeycomb rotor and the contacted part with material which is adopts stainless steel.
The highest dew point is-50 degree.
The dew meter is optional.
The model which is above1000H can select equippied with oil separator and cyclone dust collector
