Description
Working principle:
Dehumidifying /dryer/suction combination is put the dehumidifier and insulation dryer and vacuum feeder together to form a dehumidifying and drying and suction combination.Generally suitable for dehumidification and drying of plastic particles with small output, due to the output is small, dehumification,drying and vacuum suction can design into a whole ,which is compact instructure,emliminating the direct pipline connnection of the equippment, insatllation, speed regulation and convenient application. The equippment covers area is small and has the beautiful appearance.

Double cooler construction
Equipped with a dual cooler structure to ensure lower return air temperature and dew point;
Returen air filter
Equipped with a returen air filter inside to ensure that the honeycomb rotor is not pollued by raw material dust;
Honeycomb dehumidification
Adopt an imported full molecular sieve honeycomb rotor for dehumidification, which has better dehumidification effect than plastic adsorption honeycombs;
RJ45 network communication interface
Equipped with a RJ45 network communication interface which is connvenient to connect to the internet.
Intensity Control temperature
Heating is adopts contactless solid state relay, long life, low failure rate,excellent PID algorithm,the temperatue control error within1℃
Unique internal structure
1. The feeding system is equipped with cut-off distribution station to ensure that there is no residual material in material pipe. 2. The whole mechanical structure is divided into two layers and the pipeline is neat and beautiful , covenient to maintenance and failure rate very low
