Description
Working principle:
After the dust-containing gas enters the dust collector connection silo, due to the sudden expansion of the air flow section and the effect of the air flow distribution, a part of the coarse dust particles in the air flow settle in the silo under the action of flow and inertial force, and most of the dust particles with fine particle size and low density are deposited on the surface of the filter after entering the dust filter chamber. The dust is removed when the thickness of the dust layer on the surface of the filter element reaches a fixed value. At this time, the PLC program controls the pulse valve of each chamber to open, and under the action of the reverse air flow, the dust attached to the outer surface of the filter bag is peeled off and falls into the silo.
After the dust removal is completed, the chamber returns to the filtering state. The cleaning is carried out in each chamber in turn, and it is a dust removal cycle from the beginning of dust removal in the first chamber to the beginning of dust removal of the next chamber. The dust removal and filtration are carried out at the same time, which greatly improves the working efficiency of the dust collector.
