Description

Working principle:

Loss in weight feeder (powder), it is suitable for powder materials online metering,and have two application scenes as follows:
Scene 1: installed on the top of the plastic extruder to realize the closed loop control of the extruder output(kg/h):via real-time collect the weighing hopper raw material comsuption which is in unit time of extruder(actual extrusion quantity kg/h) ,and real-time comparison with the extruder setting (target extruder), if there is difference between these, the software of loss in weight feeder will fynamincally adjust the speed of the extruder screw to achieve the exact consistency between the actual and the target extrusion amount;
Furthermore, the loss in weight feeder can also access the ‘linear speed m/min’ signal of the haul-off unit which at the end of the extruder production line.Through the internal calculations of the softward, that is:(extrusion quantity kg/h)/(linear speed m/min)=pipe weight kg/meter (line speed can be converted from ‘meter/min’ to ‘meter/h’, we can get the ‘meter weight’ control which is we required;
Scene2:Used in concentrated powder feeding project, as the main raw material or auxiliary raw material ratio of accurate measurement
Control system standard equipped with standrad ethernet interfaces facilitate data integration with third-party devices
