Working principle:

Dosing scale, suitable for a variety of plastic powder material or particle material according to the set weight proporation in turn automatic measurement ratio ,the measurement unit has two combinations of weight increase type and weight loss type. The former is suitable for large proportion of raw materials(each raw material is measured in turn),and the latter is suitable for small proportion of micro-raw materials (the measurement accuracy of gravimetric measurement unit can reach 3g, and serval raw materials can be measured at the same time）；
The weight increase metering unit adopts unique DD servo motor to drive the feeding spring directly , with high output, fast dynamic response and stable high-speed operaton. The gravimetric metering unit adopts stepping motor to drive the twin screw to acheieve accurate measuremnet of micro-elements and has self-cleaning function.
Usually a formula scale is used for the measurement of powder materials, it is difficult to take into account the high output and high precision of each component measurement at the same time, high output and high precision are often contradictory.Howeve, Mconvey’s powder formula scale can take both into account. Thanks to the arbitrary combination of ‘weight increase mode’ and ‘weight lost mode’ component modules of the formula scale, weight increase type can ensure output and weight lost type can ensure high precision of micro-raw materials. This formula scale, Mconvey has several patents in this respect.
Weight increase type component quantity can select at 1-7, weight lose type component quantity can select at 1-2 , the tow combinations can metering up to 9 kinds of raw materials；
For powder materials with poor fluidity,Mconvey adopts cylinder to control stirring paddels to carry out positive and negative movement, which has good bridging function , simple structure and strong practicability.
Control system adopts 7” touch screen +PLC control,Standard system equipped with standrad ethernet interfaces which is facilitate data integration with third-party devices.
