The screw and barrel are the plasticizing parts of the extruder, which are the core parts related to the plasticization, dispersion, and physical properties of materials. In response to the wear or corrosion environment of materials, Liansu can provide professional recommendations on screw elements/barrel sleeve materials, recommending the most cost-effective material applications.
The heating and cooling efficiency of the barrel is also a key performance of the extruder. especially PC and ABS materials with high whiteness requirements are very sensitive to the actual effect of temperature control!
Regardless of granular or powder materials, the multi-materials can be accurately weighed and mixed online, and fed into the hopper of extruder, which can effectively scale up various formula raw materials and improve the accuracy of weighing.

The mixer adopts an ultra-high efficiency permanent magnet synchronous motor, which has a high energy saving rate. The discharge adopts a dual mode control of time and motor current, which not only controls accurately, greatly saves mixing time, ensuring stable and reliable product quality.
