Mconvey powder compound mixer is composed of high speed mixer and cooling mixer. High-speed mixer fully mixes the compound materials through high-speed circular motion of the blades, meanwhile, the friction between the blades and materials generates friction heat, mixture reaches to setting temperature. The cooling mixer is used to quickly cool down the high-temperature mixture discharged from high-speed mixer and convey to next processing equipment or silo.
