Entired automated material handling system
The upstream material feeding process (including main raw materials, recycled materials, and color pigments) is fully automated for conveying, weighing, dosing and mixing. The workshop is equipped with bulk bag unloading station, which greatly reduces labor costs. The accurate weighing scales and compound mixers work together to ensure accurate and stable weighing , dosing and uniform mixing, and with the temporary storage silos for continuous material supply.
Multi-component accurate dosing system
The extruder is equipped with online multi-component loss and weight feeders, which can realize the online and accurate addition of main and auxiliary materials, accurately control the material ratio accuracy, support rapid change of formula and flexible color change, meet flexible production needs, ensure product quality, and is particularly suitable for efficient production of small and customized orders.
High efficiency and low consumption extrusion solution
Adopt large L/D parallel twin-screw extruder, and the screw combination is optimized through fluid mechanics simulation to enhance the shearing and plasticizing effect, ensuring the uniformity of the molecular structure of the PVC compound material. In addition, it is equipped with highly customized ultra-high efficiency permanent magnet synchronous motor for extrusion, which increases production capacity while reducing energy consumption.

The compound pelletizing process adopts patented spiral flow channel water cooling technology, and the conveying is dust-free and closed to ensure a clean environment in the workshop and create a low-noise workshop.
