This project features a vacuum conveying system for powder and plastic pipe extrusion line. The conveying system is provided by Mconvey, a brand of LIANSU.
The advantage of this system included occupy compact space,improved workshop environment , reduced labor force and economic investment and realized accurate material dosing, high efficiency mixing compound and automatic conveying, reduced material losses by manual conveying and labor costs. It adopted vacuum conveying ensures stable material conveying to mixer and the storage silo stably convey dry blend to pipe extrusion line, improving product quality and efficiency.
